Refund/Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns & exchanges are only eligible for unused/unworn items. This does not apply to custom jewelry.
Custom Purchases:
Custom pieces, including charm necklaces and bracelets, are not eligible for return/exchange, as each piece is handcrafted and welded by our team. However, If there is something wrong with your custom order, please contact us at hi@goodsforthegirlies.com for further assistance.
What if my piece arrived damaged?
Whether custom or not, if your piece has arrived damaged, or you've experienced manufacturer-related damages as you've worn your piece (as to be determined by our team) you may be covered in our 365-day warranty. Please email us at hi@goodsforthegirlies.com with photos and description of the issue. In the meantime please review our Jewelry Care recommendations.
How do I initiate a return/exchange?
To begin an exchange or return, contact us at hi@goodsforthegirlies.com with the reason you're returning.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
